ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

1. ORDER CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT

Customers may cancel an order before it has been shipped.

2. ORDER CANCELLATION AFTER SHIPMENT

  • Refuse the delivery when the courier arrives, or

  • Accept the delivery and initiate a return according to the Return and Refund Policy


3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)

Under Directive 2011/83/EU, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.
